Experience

More than 30 years of water pollution control experience in the municipal and private sector. Primary emphasis has been on managing operating divisions and plants, with a secondary emphasis on project management.

At AquaSource responsibilities include environmental compliance, safety, environmental due diligence, and new facility startup for over 1100 facilities nationwide.

At PSG responsibilities included plant operation and managing the Consulting Services Division. One plant operation assignment involved the management of Los Angeles' Hyperion 400-million gallon per day (MGD) facility. The consulting services division provided O&M advisory services to municipalities. Their major focus was providing a complete menu of O&M services for the Boston Harbor Clean Up Program.

At the Philadelphia Water Department-Water Pollution Control Division, responsibilities included division management. The division had three large wastewater plants, a 3,000-mile sewer network, sludge management, industrial waste control and 500 employees. The budget was $50 million.
